[공지] 프론트 SDK 장애 원인 및 재발 방지 조치 안내 (2026/10/07 16:40 - 17:13)

안녕하세요.
10월 7일 (수)에 발생하였던 장애 대응 관련하여 내부 조치 사항을 공유드리고자 합니다.
장애 원인은 CDN으로 제공하던 SDK (https://cdn.tossplace.com/toss-front-sdk/v0/index.js) 요청이 실패했던 것으로 이에 대한 배포 파이프라인 및 인프라 관련 조치를 취했습니다.
재발 방지를 위하여 토스 프론트 내 SDK에 대한 캐싱을 플러그인을 로딩하는 앱 내 구현하여, 플러그인을 별도로 수정하지 않으시더라도 동일한 SDK 요청 실패 시, 캐싱을 통해 로딩되도록 조치를 취했습니다.
이에 대한 모니터링 과정에서 문제 없음이 확인되어 최종 공유드립니다.
