오늘(10/7) 일부 가맹점에서 플러그인 화면이 정상적으로 표시되지 않는 현상(백화 현상)이 발생하여 안내드립니다.
- 발생 시간: 10월 7일(수) 16:40경 ~ 17:13
- 영향: 발생 시간 동안 재부팅된 일부 단말기에서 플러그인 실행 시 화면이 흰색으로 표시되며 정상적으로 이용할 수 없는 현상
- 현재 상태: 조치 완료 및 정상화
영향을 받은 일부 단말기를 대상으로 원격 앱 재시작 조치를 진행했으며, 이후 플러그인이 정상적으로 동작하는 것을 확인했습니다.
플러그인 화면이 정상적으로 표시되지 않는 경우, 토스 프론트를 재시작한 뒤 다시 확인해 주세요.

동일한 문제가 재발하지 않도록 관련 작업 및 모니터링 프로세스를 보완하겠습니다.감사합니다.
