[POS 플러그인] 외부결제 결제수단 명칭 수정

안녕하세요. 토스플레이스 개발자센터입니다.
현재 외부결제 내역에는 플러그인 앱 이름이 등록되며, 앱 이름과 별도로 결제수단명을 지정하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
- 외부결제 등록: Payment API의 payment.add로 EXTERNAL 결제를 등록할 때는 앱 이름을 사용합니다. 별도의 결제수단명을 입력하는 필드는 제공되지 않습니다.
- 결제 화면의 표시명: PaymentMethod API의 paymentMethod.add에서는 data.paymentName으로 POS 결제 화면에 표시할 결제수단 이름을 지정할 수 있습니다. 다만, 이는 선택 화면의 표시명이며 결제내역에 등록되는 앱 이름을 변경하는 기능은 아닙니다.
위 동작은 WebSocket 사용 여부와 관계없이 동일합니다.
